Stella Maris Village Limited is The Bahamas subsidiary of RUFO Investments Limited of Jersey, Channel Islands, who have been in business, under the same management, for 25 years and who became involved with Stella Maris in 2004. With effect from July 2012, Stella Maris Village Limited assumed the role of developer of Stella Maris Village and the company now owns some 200 acres of this long established residential and resort community, situated on Long Island, Bahamas.

With around 300 land sales already completed, there is now an extensive range of “Classic” and “Contemporary” designs on offer, all available as turn-key properties or on a “lot and plan” basis. Alternatively, the company’s award-winning architects will be happy to work on the design and construction of bespoke dream homes.

The company is happy to use its extensive knowledge of the development to assist clients in making the right choice of land for building, and its vision is to take the already cosmopolitan Stella Maris Village into a new era under its management, improving the built environment along the way, without feeling the need to make sweeping changes or interfere with what nature has bestowed upon the island.

The future development of Port St. George on land immediately to the south east of Stella Maris Village (see http://www.portstgeorge.com) is to be carried out by an associate company, P.S.G. Limited. This will enhance the entire area by the introduction of new amenities.
