The Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB) hosted its second Leadership and Entrepreneurship Seminar on March 18 as part of an ongoing BFSB Lecture & Discussion Series. Designed to **“Foster dialogue and create an environment where industry professionals are motivated to pursue higher levels of excellence”**, the programme targets financial services professionals at supervisory and mid-management levels.

In addition to personal stories from local leaders in the industry, the March 18 Seminar also featured the STEP CEO who spoke to evolving client needs within the industry and how professionals can position themselves to respond effectively. The Seminar was sponsored by BFSB member firms Bank of the Bahamas International (BOBI) and CFAL.
