Fidelity Merchant Bank and Trust is increasing efforts to promote its trust services to Bahamians after having test marketed these products over the last two years.
President Gregory Bethel feels that the Inheritance Act, Status of Children Act and the Wills Act all have increased the demand for the trust as an estate planning tool among Bahamians.
Fidelity has sponsored two major conferences to educate Bahamians on the benefits of trusts, and continues to sponsor regular seminars as an educational tool.
