Attorney General John Ashcroft and Deputy Treasury Secretary Kenneth Dam today participated in a signing ceremony with Swiss Attorney General Valentin Roschacher to announce an arrangement between the United States and Switzerland to increase the joint ability to investigate and prevent acts of terror.
The United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Swiss Money Laundering Control Office (MLCO) both recently updated their lists of suspected terrorists, as did the European Union.
