Internet Solutions Provider Emagine Bahamas has linked up with Infovision, a consultancy firm, to provide a complete package to solve corporate computer network security needs.
Technical Director Andrew Pike of Emagine said *”Network security is not something that is to be taken lightly. Any system connected to the Internet has a risk associated with it, and our job is to minimize that risk.”*
The partnership operates with Emagine creating the security policy and Infovision performing the installation, using its plans. Systems are modified and new hardware/software installed, according to the security policy.
Infovision is the company responsible for designing and implementing the networking architecture for the Bahamas International Securities Exchange (BISX), including the installation of VPN technology and firewalls.
