Damianos Realty has opened an office at Regent Centre East in Freeport, Grand Bahama. Company President George Damianos indicated that the new office will concentrate on the luxury estate market, and that the firm is offering clients the opportunity to move, vacation or establish themselves in Grand Bahama.
The Bahamas Real Estate Association feels that this move by Damianos Realty will increase industry competition in the Grand Bahama market. According to BREA President David Morley, *”..there is a good cross-section of real estate development going on in Freeport”*, with definite markets for high-end property owners as well as first time buyers.
